Eating Guidelines:
- Eat Clean: 3 Meals and 2 Snacks
- 1 Cheat Meal a week
- Drink at least 64oz water
I like to have herbal tea in the morning and afternoon.
I also take vitamins. I am committing to take my vitamins.
Here is a sample meal plan.
Note: I missed Carbs on breakfast. Have some oatmeal!

Mon - Butt, Legs, Abs
Tues - Arms, Chest
Wed - Back, Shoulders
Thurs - Butt, Legs, Abs
Fri - Rest
Sat - Full body Workout
Sun - Rest
